Child Incitement Continues Unabated!!!

“He never cursed anyone except the Jews, may God burn them,” says the brainwashed Palestinian child about his beloved teacher.

The terrorist who murdered 26-year-old Eliyahu Kay Sunday morning in the Old City of Jerusalem – and injured three others, one critically – was  identified as Fadi Abu-Shkadem, a resident of the Shuafat refugee camp in his 40s, affiliated with Hamas.

He was also a high school teacher in eastern Jerusalem.

This grieving student says he was an “amazing teacher.” He must have been, as he succeeded in winning the children’s love and instilled in them his warped values.

“The truth is pity for this child who was educated in this way,” says Yoseph Haddad, an Israeli-Arab IDF veteran who fights against BDS.

PA School Textbooks Preach Anti-Semitism, Incitement, Violence and Terrorism

Video Of The Week - What Does EU Probe into Palestinian Textbooks Mean? https://tinyurl.com/36kp7rx2

The European Union has released its report on Palestinian Authority textbooks four months after its completion. It sparked condemnations across the European Parliament. The report includes dozens of examples of encouragement of violence and demonization of Israel and of Jews.

Twenty-two members of the European Parliament demanded that EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen withhold aid to the PA over the books, which “preach antisemitism, incitement and the glorification of violence and terrorism... violating fundamental EU values and our declared goal to help advance peace and the two-state solution.”

EU Parliament Budgetary Affairs Committee Vice Chairman Niclas Herbst called for 5% of EU funding to the PA and UNRWA, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, to be withheld.“The fact that EU assistance to the PA education system is used to produce antisemitic propaganda material that encourages hatred, violence and terrorism, instead of promoting a peaceful solution to the conflict, harms the prospect of coexistence and establishing good and encouraging neighborly relations,” the Foreign Ministry said.

The report was only released after the European Parliament made three different declarations condemning antisemitism in the PA curriculum, as well as dozens of parliamentary questions, said Marcus Sheff, CEO of IMPACT-se, which studies textbooks in the Middle East.

“While deeply flawed, [the report] states what has been obvious to all for years: that the Palestinian Authority systematically incites over a million children to antisemitism, hate and violence every school day,” he said. “

The EU commissioned the report in 2019 and kept it under wraps for four months following its completion. Brussels directly funds the salaries of teachers and the writers of the textbooks, which encourage and glorify violence against Israelis and Jews.

The report examines 156 textbooks and 16 teachers’ guides. Excerpts from the report were previously published in the German newspaper Bild. The concept of “resistance” is a recurring theme in the textbooks studied, along with calls for the Palestinians to be liberated via a revolution. To clarify the concept, one textbook has a photo with the caption, “Palestinian revolutionaries,” featuring five masked men toting machine guns.

Glorification and praise of terrorists who attacked Israelis can be found not only in history or social-studies books, but also in science and math books, such as one that mentions a school named after the “shahid” (martyr) Abu Jihad, a leader of the First Intifada.

A demonstration of Newton’s Second Law, which says force is equal to mass times acceleration, is illustrated by Palestinians using slingshots against Israeli soldiers.

“Sheikh Jarrah” Exemplifies the Arab-Israeli Conflict

Video Of The Week - Is Sheikh Jarrah in "Palestine"? https://tinyurl.com/u8jpmt7t

This past week anti-Israel forces have been in overdrive over the Jerusalem District Court’s decision authorizing the eviction of certain Arab families from homes in the “Sheikh Jarrah” neighborhood of Jerusalem. These critics have aggressively railed against Israel on social media and even started a trending hashtag, “SaveSheikhJarra.”

But first, some history about this neighborhood is needed. “Sheik Jarrah” is an Arab neighborhood that was established in 1865. And before 1949, there was a separate Jewish neighborhood within it. For about 2000 years before that, this area was known by the name “Shimon HaTzadik” (Simon the Righteous), named after the famous rabbinical sage whose tomb is located there.

For centuries, the Jewish presence in the area revolved around the tomb of Shimon HaTzadik, who was famously one of the last members of the Great Assembly (HaKnesset HaGedolah), the governing body of the Jewish people during the Second Jewish Commonwealth (after the Babylonian Exile).

Because of the tomb and its significance to the Jewish people, the Sephardic Community Committee and the Ashkenazi Assembly of Israel purchased the tomb and its surrounding land (about 4.5 acres) in 1875. Shortly thereafter, it, along with the neighborhood of Kfar Hashiloah in the Silwan area of Jerusalem, became home to many, mostly Yemenite, Jews who had migrated to Jerusalem (Zion) back in 1881. Notablyby 1844, Jews were the largest ethnic population in Jerusalem.

Between 1936 and 1938, and then again in 1948, the British Empire assisted Arabs, incited by raw-Jew hatred, in ripping Jews from their homes  in Shimon HaTzadik (and in Kfar Hashiloah). The Yemeni Jewish community was also expelled from Silwan, for “their own safety,” by the British Office of Social Welfare. Essentially, the British preferred to force Jews out of their own homes rather than expend the resources to protect Jewish families and their property rights in Jerusalem.

Then, in 1949, after TransJordan (now Jordan) invaded Israel as part of an express attempt by the entire Arab League to destroy Israel and “push the Jews into the sea,” TransJordan’s British-created and British-led Arab Legion captured Judea and Samaria, all of the Old City of Jerusalem and many of its surrounding neighborhoods, including the Shimon HaTzadik neighborhood. Then the Arab Legion either killed or ethnically cleansed every last Jew. Not one was allowed to remain. Not one. Even those whose families had lived in the region for centuries before the Arab invasion in the seventh century.

After Israel gained control of all of Jerusalem from the Jordan during the Six Day War, Israel passed a law that allows Jews whose families had been forced out of their homes by the Jordanians or the British to regain control of their family homes if they could provide proof of ownership and the current residents could not provide proof of a valid purchase or transfer of title.  All of the homes that are the subject of these 2021 eviction proceedings, in addition to being on land purchased in 1875 by the Jewish community, were owned by Jewish families that had purchased those homes, and had deeds registered first with the Ottoman Empire (which governed the region from 1517 to 1917) and then with the British authorities (who controlled the area from 1917 to 1948).

This is how the current controversy and conflict surrounding the Shimon HaTzadik neighborhood is emblematic of the entire Arab-Israeli conflict:

In Shimon HaTzadik, Jews are trying to move back into homes, which were purchased peacefully and legally by their ancestors on land that is part of the Jewish people’s indigenous, historical and religious homeland. They are trying to move back into homes on land that was conquered by a foreign Arab army and renamed to erase the historic Jewish connection and character of the area. This, too, applies to every inch of the land of Israel before 1948.

How UK gives support for hate-filled PA education

Video Of The Week - Norway to Cut Palestinian Authority Funding Over Textbook Incitement https://tinyurl.com/3326sm2d

For the full article go to - https://tinyurl.com/ytjkkk37

British taxpayers are continuing to pay for a Palestinian education system in which school pupils are routinely taught incitement, hatred of Israel and glorification of terrorism. Many of the textbooks are written by vetted officials, whose salaries are paid by the UK.

Despite numerous assurances from the Palestinian education minister, detailed reports from the Israel-based Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education (IMPACT-se) show that as recently as September last year, Palestinian school students were still learning maths by adding up the number of ‘martyrs’, including those who have led suicide bombings on buses and shopping centres. The curriculum is taught in Palestinian Authority and UNRWA schools in the West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem.

Not only does Britain continue to pay – in the past five years it has spent an estimated £105 million on Palestinian education professionals, including on the salaries of teachers who write the textbooks – but it appears to have a blind spot when it comes to challenging the Palestinians on the content of those

The UK and the Palestinian Authority (PA) have a Memorandum of Understanding, or MoU, which supposedly commits the Palestinians not only to “uphold the principle of non-violence”, but to take action against “incitement to violence, including addressing allegations of incitement in the educational curriculum”.

Money paid by Britain to the Palestinian partner is supposedly contingent on the PA’s performance on “curriculum reform”.

However, the UK’s criteria for judging the PA’s performance appear narrow. It deemed an internal government target in the 2017-18 MoU for the PA to carry out “curriculum reform” was met, but then admitted it did not include the actual contents of the curriculum.

In a letter written shortly before his resignation in March 2019, Alistair Burt, then Middle East Minister, said: “DfiD [Department for International Development] assessed that the PA did meet this KPI [key performance indicator] as the Grades 5-10 pilot textbooks were rolled out by the agreed deadline.”

But he added: “The content of the textbooks was not covered by a KPI, and DfID was not involved in the selection of material.”

Ministers have refused requests to publish the government’s annual internal reviews of the PA’s compliance with the MoU. However, they have repeatedly stated that, as Middle East Minister James Cleverly told Labour Friends of Israel chair Steve McCabe last November: “We continue to judge that the PA is demonstrating a credible commitment to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s partnership principles.”

It is not the first time Cleverly or his predecessor, Burt, has responded in this way. LFI MPs Ian Austin and Joan Ryan, both of whom have now left Parliament, asked on four occasions what Britain was doing. Each time, the government said it judged the PA to be in compliance.  Britain insists that “UK aid does not pay for textbooks in the Occupied Palestinian Territories”, a line critics call “civil service speak”.

UK foreign aid is helping fund schools in Gaza and the West Bank that use textbooks on martyrdom in lessons.

Jihadi textbooks in schools funded by £100 million of OUR, British, cash as foreign aid goes on science material that teaches physics in Palestine by showing a slingshot being fired at 'Zionists'

·        1. Foreign aid cash is funding schools where textbooks on radical Islamism used
·        2. Money goes via United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees
·        3. Agency's work includes healthcare, but 58 per cent of funding is for education
·        4. Books include reading exercise for six-year-olds with words 'martyr' and 'attack'
·        5. Nine-year-olds learn maths by adding number of martyrs in Palestinian uprisings
Ministers pledged urgent action last night after it emerged that British foreign aid cash is funding schools where textbooks on martyrdom and radical Islamism are used.
The Daily Mail has discovered that tens of millions of pounds of UK foreign aid is helping fund schools in Gaza and the West Bank that use such material in lessons.
The money goes via a UN agency that some other nations have chosen to stop financing because of concerns.
The textbooks include a reading exercise for six-year-olds with the words 'martyr' and 'attack', plus poems for eight-year-olds which include phrases such as 'sacrifice my blood' to 'eliminate the usurper from my country' and 'annihilate the remnants of the foreigners'.

UK foreign aid is helping fund schools in Gaza and the West Bank that use textbooks on martyrdom in lessons. Pictured is a page on Newton's Second Law, used to teach 11-year-olds, showing the image of a boy with a slingshot targeting Israeli soldiers. A caption alongside it reads: 'During the first Palestinian uprising, Palestinian youths used slingshots to confront the soldiers of the Zionist Occupation and defend themselves from their treacherous bullets. What is the relationship between the elongation of the slingshot's rubber and the tensile strength affecting it? What are the forces that influence the stone after its release from the slingshot?'. Textbook examples research and translations by Impact-se. The schools are attended by 325,000 pupils, up to age 16.
Nine-year-olds learn maths by adding the number of martyrs in Palestinian uprisings in textbooks illustrated with pictures of their funerals.
And ten-year-olds learn the most important thing is giving their life for 'sacrifice, fight, jihad, and struggle'.
Newton's Second Law is taught to 11-year-olds through the image of a boy with a slingshot targeting Israeli soldiers.
The Mail has also learned that teachers who work at them have called for Jews to be murdered, abused them as 'pigs and apes' and praised Adolf Hitler.
And the schools are said to be 'fertile grounds' for terrorist groups to recruit with scores of suicide bombers and jihadi leaders among past pupils.
Other pages from the textbooks - which are funded through the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees - show children being taught violence. Next a page teaching reading comprehension with a glorified account of terrorist Dalal al-Mughrabi, who led the 1978 'Coastal Road Massacre' in which 38 Israelis including 13 children were murdered on a bus.
The British aid money goes via the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA). During the past five years, the UK has given £330million and pledged another £65million for this year.
Although the UN agency's work also includes healthcare, relief and social services, most of the funding it receives – 58 per cent – goes on education.
Of that money, about 62 per cent is for schools in West Bank and Gaza – which means about £120millon of UK funding has gone where the textbooks are used. UNRWA insists these schools have to follow a curriculum set by the Palestinian Authority, which produces and pays for the textbooks.

Swastika Flag on Gaza Border

Video Of The Week - Nazi Propaganda In Palestinian Incitement - https://tinyurl.com/yy4opcym

A Nazi swastika flag raised on the Israel-Gaza Strip border, Friday, Aug. 2, 2019.

6-8-2019 - by Algemeiner Staff - https://tinyurl.com/y6jhrcdr
Israel continued on Tuesday to call out Hamas for the placing last Friday on the Gaza border fence of a Nazi swastika flag by Palestinian demonstrators.
“When #Hamas-led rioters in #Gaza raise the #Nazi flag, they expose their true intention — to annihilate the Jewish State. But Hamas will never have its way,” the Israeli Foreign Ministry tweeted.
On Monday, it was reported that Hamas had instructed rioters to not use the swastika “so that the Israeli occupation cannot take advantage of it.”
Elad Strohmayer — spokesperson for the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC — tweeted on Tuesday, “Hey #Hamas, I get your concern about your PR but banning Nazi symbols just won’t do it. As long as you call for the destruction of the Jewish State, using swastikas is simply you being honest. It’s not the swastika that makes us think you want to kill all Jews, it’s your charter.”

The findings of research show that the PA schoolbooks' attitude to Jews, Israel and peace is based on three fundamentals: De-legitimization, demonization and indoctrination to violent struggle instead of peace. Based on these fundamentals, a narrative has been built that presents the conflict in a distorted manner historically, and does not leave any hope for ending it in a peaceful coexistence of the two parties involved.

Palestinian textbooks are funded by the UK

Video Of The Week - Incitement in Palestinian Curriculum - https://tinyurl.com/y6lg2qph

by Louise Ellman from JNEWS - MAR 20, 2019,

I am a strong supporter of Britain’s international aid budget and for the money which the UK gives to the Palestinian Authority being used to promote a two-state solution.

Our government is currently giving millions of pounds each year to Palestinian schools which are teaching a curriculum which incites hatred, glorifies violence and promotes terror; nothing could do more to harm the cause for peace than fostering old hatreds and prejudices in another generation of children and young people.
This has to stop, that is why I have published my International Development Assistance (Values Promoted in Palestinian Authority Schoolsbill this week.

My LFI colleagues and I warned the government in September 2017 about the pernicious content of the new curriculum which the PA was about to introduce in its schools. As the Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education has suggested, this curriculum is “more radical than ever, purposefully and strategically encouraging Palestinian children to sacrifice themselves to martyrdom”.
Some of the content is truly horrifying. Five-year-olds are taught the word for “martyr” as part of their first lessons in Arabic; 11-year-olds taught that martyrdom and jihad are “the most important meanings of life”; and teenagers taught those who sacrifice themselves will be rewarded with “72 virgin brides in paradise”.
The massacre of 11 Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics is endorsed as “the Munich Operation” and cited as a good example of “Palestinian Resistance” against “Zionist interests abroad”.
These lessons in hate are all-pervasive and infest every aspect of the curriculum, while vile anti-Semitic tropes — that Jews sexually harass Muslim women and that they attempted to kill the Prophet Mohammed – are also promoted.
There is no suggestion that peace with Israel is desirable or possible and references to previous peace agreements, summits and proposals, which were present in schoolbooks, have been expunged. In their place, are lies about the Al-Aqsa mosque being under threat and calls to “eliminate the usurper” — by conquering Haifa and Jaffa.
These lessons in hatred are being funded through the Department for International Development’s aid to the PA education budget.
The government first ignored warnings, then promised reviews which never materialised, and then attempted to kick the issue into the long grass by commissioning an international study of the PA’s schoolbooks, despite IMPACT-se already having undertaken an extensive and thoroughly researched investigation.
Last week, the government said it had commissioned a scoping exercise for its review – some 11 months after that review was first announced.
Ministers have rejected LFI’s repeated calls that all aid which directly or indirectly finances those teaching and implementing this curriculum be suspended until fundamental changes are made. Instead, UK aid should be directed towards a new Palestinian Peace Fund supporting young people.
The upshot of this scandalous inaction is that by September, this appalling curriculum will have been taught in Palestinian schools for a third year running.
The PA has taken an utterly uncompromising stance. In September ministers said the PA had “taken action to help address concerns raised”. But this is simply untrue; there were no major changes in the current school year, and in January the PA Minister of Education made clear his rejection of what he called an “attack” on the curriculum led by the “Zionist lobby”.
It’s now time to take action. My bill requires two things. First, that teaching programmes in Palestinian Authority schools financed by the UK should promote common values such as peace, freedom, tolerance and non-discrimination.

Second, that ministers should conduct and publish an annual review to ensure that UK funds are spent in line with UNESCO-derived standards of peace and tolerance in education.
British aid should support the goal — shared by MPs across the House of Commons — of a two-state solution.
It cannot and must not make that goal harder to achieve.

Ahed Tamimi’s Global Propaganda Tour

Ahed Tamimi was recently released from eight months in an Israeli prison for attacking an IDF soldier in a video that went viral on social and mainstream media.

Tamimi is now on something of an international press tour to talk about her experience and world view.
Speaking on France 24, Tamimi gave a beautifully polished interview in which she posited herself as an icon of peace. She said Israelis should “find their humanity” claiming they are trained to hate and kill Palestinians. According to the translation she even threw in a reference to (entirely fictional) armed Israeli 14 year olds.
Brainwashed
Ahed accuses Israelis of being, “brainwashed,” saying that Israelis are “victims” because they have been “fed with hatred.”
Yet it is Ahed herself who has been abused, victimized, fed with hatred and brainwashed.
Ahed’s Tragic Childhood
Ahed Tamimi grew up in an environment permeated with Palestinian terrorism: terror  in which her family has long played an active and prominent role.  For example,  Ahed’s aunt helped plan the horrific Sbarros Pizza restaurant bombing, and her mother posted anatomically precise tutorials on how to most effectively stab Israelis. (More on these below.)
Ironically, this very terrorism is the reason Israel has security measures in the first place.
Since childhood Ahed has learned from her family that all of Israel is occupied Palestinian land, including Tel Aviv, and that she must fight to gain all of it. Hardly a path to peace. And Ahed’s family have placed her personally in danger over and over, for the benefit of cameras.
How would such an upbringing affect any child?
Misleading interviews
After Tamimi gave a similarly misleading interview on Al Jazeera’s online channel AJ+, we produced the following video critique, which was viewed over one million times. It makes a succinct summary of the key shortcomings in press coverage of Ahed Tamimi:
Here are a few of the key points:
Ahed Tamimi herself called for stabbings and suicide bombings against Israelis:
Ahed’s mother provided online instructions on how to most effectively stab Israelis (particularly vile in light of the fatal stabbing of American-Israeli Ari Fuld just last week):

If you're wondering how the Palestinian "child" terrorist who stabbed an Israeli to death today was able to aim his knife so well, you have to know that instructions on where to aim are promoted on social media by the likes of #AhedTamimi's mother, see above

Ahed’s aunt expressed her “delight”after assisting to plan the infamous Sbarros Pizza restaurant bombing during the Second Intifada, killing 15 Israeli civilians, including 7 children and a pregnant woman, and left 130 wounded.

Ahed herself is essentially a victim of child abuse: her parents have put her in harm’s way for the benefit of cameras at least since she was 12 years old. For example, in this video Ahed’s parents attack an Israeli soldier, while being sure to keep their children in the way of their violence and in front of the cameras.

After an entire lifetime of being taught hate and sent into conflict zones, in a manner no child should endure, Ahed Tamimi is now taking her family’s twisted message to the world.
Yet Ahed’s own words, her family’s own words, and their years of deadly terrorism, betray their true intentions. Both the media, and we, the viewers, should be able to  see through her disingenuous claims to the disturbing truth beneath.
Almost two months after she was released from Israeli prison for assaulting an IDF soldier, Palestinian teenager Ahed Tamimi is rapidly losing her status as an “icon” and “symbol” of the Palestinian “resistance” against Israel.

Some Palestinians and Arabs now view the blond, photogenic 17-year-old from the village of Nabi Saleh near Ramallah as a controversial figure because of her statements and the widespread media coverage she has been receiving since her release from prison on July 29.
Recently, for example, Tamimi found herself at the center of controversy surrounding the ongoing Western Sahara conflict between the Polisario Front and the Kingdom of Morocco.
Commenting on the Palestinian teenager’s words of support for Nasrallah, Syrian poet and writer Maher Sharaf Eddin said: “It’s true that you slapped an Israeli soldier, but now you have dealt 1,000 blows to the Palestinian cause.”
“Many Palestinians are asking how come Ahed Tamimi is receiving all this attention from the international media,” said a Palestinian journalist in Ramallah. “There’s a feeling that someone is trying to turn this girl into a big hero and an icon. The Western media is trying to create a Palestinian hero.”
